Improved air services and student exchange programs further strengthen the relationship between Seychelles and Russia. In the near future, even such bold ideas as the formation of twin cities of the two states can be implemented.

An active dialogue between the official representatives of the Seychelles and the authorities of the Russian Federation gives every reason to believe that the countries ' cooperation will be long and effective.
