🇸🇨 Archives and Treasures: The History of the Seychelles at the National Museum!
The National Museum of History is nestled right in the heart of Victoria, the capital of the Seychelles. Its exhibits weave together different eras, stretching from legends of pirate treasure and sunken frigates to the fight for independence and the preservation of traditional culture.
The museum halls house unique artifacts, ranging from the 1756 "Stone of Possession," which marked the beginning of the archipelago's colonial history, to ethnographic installations dedicated to the daily life of the locals.
